Cost is $275/Team Member. Here's how you earn Stars to qualify:
Auto
1 star earned for every 15 Raw New Autos (Added cars do not count)
Fire
1 star earned for every 10 New Fire
Life
1 star earned for every 3 PAID Life policies OR $2,000 of 1st year annualized earned premium on life policies, whichever is greater. (3% of Annuity Premiums count)
Health
1 star earned for every 3 Health policies OR $2,000 of 1st year premium on Health policies , whichever is greater. 10% of Annual BCBS Premium will count towards production.
Bank
1 Star earned for every 3 Bank products count.
Savings, Checking, Money Market, Interest Checking, Credit Card & CDs = 1 Bank product count.
Home Mortgage = 6 Bank products count.
**Team member should enter production at end of each month. Only enter production for that previous month, the leaderboard will keep a running tally for the year.
There are a multitude of Star Combinations that you can encourage your team to strive for- but the ultimate outcome is the same: increased production based on your agency goals.
