What is Stars of Oklahoma?
The Stars of Oklahoma program was designed to recognize qualifying team members for their hard work and dedication to your agency in front of their peers, agents, and market area leadership at the Annual Stars of Oklahoma formal banquet. This program inspires competition, highlights excellence, and drives production as a means to grow your agency and solidify the team you have in place. We, the Board, believe in the program and we believe in our teams. Thank you for visiting our site and your interest in beginning a journey to the top.
Do you want to be a Star of Oklahoma?
To start a Star team for your office, it’s simple… Click the Register button at the top of the page, fill in your office information and choose how many participants will be in the program from your office. If you have any questions at all, feel free to call a board member.
To sign up for your office's Star Team, first talk to your Agent and confirm they are participating in the program. Then click the register button and sign up as an individual. Your Agent / Office will take it from there.
Guidelines
Throughout the qualification period of January 1st through December 31st, your agency team member earns stars based on the “Qualifications”. Team members should submit their numbers at the completion of each month in order to keep them current. The Star totals will be calculated and shown in real time, so you will know your standing as of that moment.
Based on the number of stars your team accumulates throughout the qualification period, team members that produce 20 or more stars (along with a significant other) are eligible for the formal banquet, amenities, and an award tablet.
Team members must be entered and paid for by July 1st to be eligible.
